Enjoying some peace & calm on my own tonight, sat in crouching kitten sleeping penguin (or whatever it’s called) stretching out my shoulders, my hips & all the muscles in between after a good, albeit not as long as usual yoga sesh. And then it struck me. “How do I get up off the floor?!”

I won’t scar your mind’s eye with the details, but let’s just leave it at ‘not the most graceful 2 minutes of my life’.

Finally I’m up & the real fun begins: all the leaning & bending & reaching… Hello heartburn! Just in time for bed. Great. And this is meant to be relaxing?
