“Concentrate on your breathing”

A phrase I believe I’ll become quite accustomed to over the coming months…

Last night I attended my first ever yoga class. Everyone keeps telling me to start antenatal yoga – ‘it’ll help with your breathing.’ So now I have. And people were right, there’s lots of breathing involved. And standing on one leg. And rolling giant blow up balls up & down the wall.

But it has to be said, it was the most relaxed I’ve been in some time. So if nothing else, it’s an hour of calm a week. And I’m learning to breath.

In for four – pause – out for four – pause – in for four – pause – out for four – don’t fall asleep…
